Inspired by Skippy's List, I wrote two list-fics in memo format, first 50 Things U.N.C.L.E. Staff Are Not Allowed To Do, and then an expanded version, 100 Things U.N.C.L.E. Staff Are Not Allowed To Do. 100 Things includes all the items in 50 Things, but they're in a different order with new items scattered throughout, so it reads differently.

Time travel fix it Ben as Obi-Wan's Master/adopted father and reformed Jedi Order as family, with bonus Korkie Kryze and Tahl. Anakin especially is very well characterised.
Well written, detailed close-canon AU with interesting differences. Palpatine doesn't even do anything and he's so so creepy.
Read stories 1-4 March 2023; Part 5 will take time for author to write, likely to be long.

A quick death was the only kindness the man who had once been her master had left in him.
Ahsoka floats in death. She is not possessed of a sense of self, nor any true intent. She is not like the Force Ghosts she remembers crèche tales about. Ahsoka is the loosest collection of thought and memory that could be called a being.
If that.
The Force carries the entity she now is, limp and finished with life and personhood, having passed on her duties to what remains of her people.
Ahsoka lets herself start to come apart to join the spread of existence.
And then she doesn’t.
