If you ask them, they’re best friends. Because best friends do each other’s homework. Because they share their bedrooms with each other practically every day. Because best friends are each other’s personal space, 98% of the time.
Best friends also keep each other’s superhero identity hidden from everyone else. They also stay up all night worrying whether or not you’ve died in battle. Additionally, they also become nurses, cleaning up all of your wounds and injuries even if they have a queasy and easily upset stomach.
So, yeah. I guess you could say Yoon Jeonghan and Choi Seungcheol are best friends.

oneshots, drabbles, and the likes <33 some of these were from a 31 day writing challenge that i ultimately quit (around six days in i think lol), but generally, i sometimes write purposefully vague and ambiguous short stuff that have very open endings to them. that being said, continuations for some of them are not guaranteed! sometimes they end with cliff hangers but again, they're just short stories that i sometimes write on impulse to get out of my system, so make of that what you will!

“What were you looking for when you summoned me?”
His tone is calm but enticing, it surrounds Mingi as if it's a spell, forcing him to focus on him and only him. It's not like there's anything else to pay attention to when those dark eyes stare right into his soul.
“I– I heard you can possess someone without harming them and–”, he loses his breath as Yunho's gaze shifts and his eyes scan every bit of his face, “and I got curious…”
Locking eyes with the human once more, the entity scoffs. “You humans are all the same, you let all that curiosity consume you without thinking of the outcome. Incredible, really.”

Hongjoong’s just trying to be a regular human. Sure, he’s a hybrid, but that shouldn’t mean that he can’t have a job, or that he should be owned, or that he should be horny as hell at all times of the day. That’s a bunch of bullshit only the dumbest of humans believe.
It doesn’t help that Seonghwa fits every single one of the hybrid stereotypes.

“Well.” Wooyoung tightens his grip around the chopsticks propped between his fingers and stabs them at the freshly grilled samgyeopsal on his plate. “This is the part where you ask me if I’m crazy and tell me that disaster is about to strike and that you’ll be armed and ready with an I told you so after the world crashes and burns around us.”
Mingi rolls his eyes, bemused. “If you wanted that, you would’ve gone to Hongjoong first.” His gaze then drops with mild concern, tracking where Wooyoung is taking his stress out on his food by hastily splitting pieces of it away from the mainland. “Besides, this won't be the craziest thing you’ve ever done.”
Wooyoung’s eyes dart upwards and his fingers skid to a stop. “What is, then?”
Mingi’s lips give a slight twitch at the corners. “Dumping Yunho.”
