Summary
The last thing he remembers is releasing their lanterns last night at the Lantern Rite. I wish we could stay forever just like this, he’d wished upon his Xiao Lantern. As the last of the lanterns drifted off into the sky, they’d gone back to Chongyun’s. He’d fallen asleep there, back to back with Chongyun, with a good feeling his wish would come true… and then he’d woken up here. None of those memories explain how he arrived at this moment, in an unfamiliar bed in an apartment somewhere in Liyue whose calendar is at least two years behind.
Xingqiu wakes up ten years in the future.

Summary
Okay, so maybe moving cross-country on a red-eye flight (and one that got delayed by three hours, at that) wasn’t the smartest idea Gaming’s ever had. But here he is, on a sidewalk in front of a still-closed restaurant somewhere in Chihu Rock, running on approximately two hours of sleep and one terrible cup of airplane coffee, with nothing but a phone that’s been dead for the past five minutes to guide his way. Definitely a first day in Liyue Harbor for the books, if nothing else.
Gaming moves to Liyue Harbor and finds love, new friends, and his new favorite neighborhood restaurant (not exactly in that order).

They reached out directly to CosPro to ask me to take this role, so it’s not like I can really say no, y’know? But the main character plays the guitar, and, well. Like I said. I don’t know how to play.”
“You don’t?”
Jun shrugs. “It wasn’t a priority when I was growing up, and then when I got to Reimei it really wasn’t.” Sagami Jin doesn’t play the guitar, he doesn’t say, and the students in the Labor Camp don’t have that kind of time on their hands.

Chongyun's the beleaguered captain of the Rimechaser, a small delivery freighter currently working in the Inazuma system. Xingqiu's an author on the run for writing A Legend of Sword, a novel that's served as the catalyst for a small but growing resistance against the Shogunate. The crew of the Rimechaser didn't come to Inazuma to join the Resistance, but when they're hired to transport Xingqiu to Watatsumi, things don't quite go according to plan. (Or: Teyvat, but in space.)

Leo finds this new quirk of Izumi’s enthralling .
He feels a little like a toddler that’s just discovered a new toy, but he’s now realizing how easy it is to fluster Izumi, and he loves it. He takes any opportunity to wink at him, or let a touch linger too long, and like clockwork, Izumi’s ears will turn a beautiful red. It’s mesmerizing, and Leo has written so many compositions over the past week directly as a result of his teasing— the sight of Izumi sparking countless melodies in his mind.

Summary
Xingqiu had told Chongyun, all those years ago, most of the truth - that he’d gotten his Vision in the rainstorm that had pummelled Liyue Harbor while Chongyun had been recuperating from his disastrous Dragonspine expedition, that perhaps even the Archons had known not to separate Xingqiu and Chongyun in any way. It had been half a joke, but Chongyun had accepted it with a pleased smile.
He doesn’t know what it says about him that he remembers, with aching clarity, that moment where he’d been so coldly angry about not being able to protect Chongyun that he’d attracted the attention of the Archons themselves. Every time he touches his Vision, he gets a flash of that frigid, relentless part of himself.
And it feels ugly.

this is THE xingyun fic to me. it's gorgeous, and it nails everything and everyone (especially xingqiu!!) so perfectly. if i could assign required readings for xingyun fans, this fic would be #1 on the list; i recommend this to pretty much everyone who asks me for genshin fic recs, and i end up rereading it almost every time i recommend it <3

Summary
Hiyori doesn’t tell Jun that the thought of having to be back in a room with Eichi and Tsumugi, of talking about the Five Eccentrics again, of reliving those few months of destruction and suffering, is enough to make him feel sick to his stomach. He doesn’t say that he has no idea how he’s going to get through this, that the only thing he can think of to make this even remotely bearable is spending every moment he isn’t with ex-fine with Jun. He keeps his smile bright, hoping that his charms will be enough to convince Jun.
