Summary
Iwaizumi Hajime comes out to his best friend, whom he is madly in love with.
Oikawa never mentions Hajime’s sexuality again, until they move to Tokyo for college. He pesters Hajime about getting a boyfriend, and Hajime tries to put his feelings behind him and be a good best friend like Oikawa is expecting.
It’s a little hard to move on when he gets to see Oikawa being as soft as he is, though, and even harder when Oikawa acts the way he does.
Hajime is not prepared for anything that happens to him that year.
College is going to be a lot harder than he thought.

"Let"s not do this stuff as a prank anymore, like, for the rest of our vacation. If we want to dance in our hotel room, we do it. If we… want to stop building a pillow barricade between us in bed, we do that. Or, if we want to make use of that bath before the water gets cold… then we don"t need to make it be part of some stupid prank. It"s just us, you know? It doesn"t have to be weird, or be a thing, or keep happening once we go home. Let"s just… treat this vacation like a real honeymoon and give all our pent up romantic feelings with no place to go… a place to go- here." George shrugged, a nervous laugh slipping from his lips.
"Pent up romantic feelings with no place to go." Dream echoed in a mumble, his mind finding comfort in the words.
"What does- ha." Dream let out an airy laugh. "If we do what you"re suggesting, what"s that mean? What"s on the table now- "dating activity" wise?" Dream asked, a smile ghosting his lips when George"s head went slack against his palm, like he was melting from their close proximity.

Summary
Dream doesn"t resent George for disliking how Dream smells. He knows George can"t help that. It"s just that George has never really fully smelled an alpha before, so it kinda sucks for Dream to be the first alpha he can even smell and it"s... bad.
But, alas, when George"s dangerous omega drops get worse and he finally goes through a terrible heat--ten years after most omegas have their first heat--it"s up to Dream to help him through the next one so that his hormones will stabilize.
Dream"s always said that George"s health comes first. He"s just doing his part to help.
