That defined, pale jaw tilted up, showing off the unmarked expanse of Toshirou’s neck. Gintoki stepped closer, trailing a light finger under the other’s collar. Goosebumps rose in its wake. “Maybe not, but you are now thanks to me. Where’s my recognition, hm?”
Toshirou’s eyes rolled before he turned to face Gintoki, blowing smoke into the well-dressed man’s face. “Thank you so very much Mr. Politician, I just love doing ten times the work as a normal police officer.”

"Maybe it means you need to stop haunting me. I don"t need divination to know that," he answered whilst drunkenly (he kept telling himself) planting a kiss on Gintoki"s lips. Hoping this seed would root deep in him as much as in Hijikata.
