Kurosaki Ichigo hadn’t noticed at first, but it's been two years since he had realized his crush on a certain asshole ex-sworn enemy who also happened to be an Arrancar, Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez. He had never expected anything out of their relationship, not after establishing a so-called friendship with Grimmjow after the war.
But everything started to crumble after a special visit on Valentine's Day.
Ichigo blinked twice, trying to process what he had just heard. “You want to have dinner with me,” he said, sounding more like a question than anything else.
“Are you deaf or something?” Grimmjow took two steps forward and was now clutching into Ichigo’s shirt, snarling at his face with gritted teeth. “If you don’t wanna go just fucking say so.”
“I do!” Ichigo blurred out. “Stop making stupid assumptions, asshole.”
