Technoblade isn't used to being alone.
After years living in close quarters with his Pack, with his twin one door down and his parents across the hall, the quiet of his new territory is noticeable, and sometimes distracting. Living in a cabin tucked away at the top of a mountain, with only a dirt road connecting him to the only civilization for miles and miles, he's learning to strike out on his own and make a name for himself.

thundersnow (noun): A violent storm of thunder and lightning that is accompanied by snow instead of rain.
Scattered across the world, four strangers fall into slumber. In a plush bed fit for royalty adorned with heavy velvet bedclothes. In a threadbare cot tucked into the back of a rickety inn. In a bower draped in vines and blooms of many colors. In a small, sturdy, oak frame bed built by careful hands. They drift in the quiet gloom that lays over the dreaming world. Shadowed forms flicker and dance just out of sight, familiar and strange in equal measure. Whispers float through the air, urgent and frantic. They forget what was said just as it fades.
They wake to sunlight streaming through unfamiliar trees.

Summary
It all stopped. The next twitch under Wilbur’s hand never came, stuck there, frozen. Wilbur felt his breathing hitch, a painful taunt to what Tommy had just done. Air didn’t come fast enough, leaving Wilbur shaky as he collapsed on top of his brother, his everything giving out. The air that did come in left him in sobs and wheezes, shaking his form and- and the body underneath him.
Through choked sobs and spit curses, Wilbur heard a whisper, seemingly right behind him. “W- Wilby?”
That was when Wilbur saw him.
A shimmering pale image of a young boy, curls too long but hanging over one of his eyes so I can be like you, Wilby, a hand over his mouth to stifle the tears, his other playing with the hem of his shirt.
