that was sooo fucking gorgeous and also every single piece of imagery was gorgeous it flowed so well i loved all of it every word but i also can’t stop thinking about that one paragraph where north loses the thread of the conversation and it rounds out that saying to also be him losing the needle, thread, and what it was sewing. like???? yea exactly. perfect extension of that phrase—but the entire fic was like that???? god this was so good i loved cupcake guy’s role (me who has not seen tldnhlb)
anyway phenomenal i loved this and im sure to reread this asf u love a good friends to lovers and this was so them i was fed so well thank you so much -

“What’s happening? Why are North and Sonic screaming?” Alan demanded as he entered the garage, back from the errand he’d been running. He rushed over, followed by Jeff, who had been one of the two people to accompany him on the errand. “Is someone hurt?"
Sonic latched onto Alan. “Uncle!” he sobbed. “Babe killed the baby!”
Alan looked at Jeff, who was holding onto Babe and Charlie’s son, the pup happily chewing on his own hand. Their nephew, the only real baby that had ever been in the garage, was perfectly fine.
