Summary
The hands are weathered. Pale, but pockmarked with old injuries, discolored from his kinship with machines. Fingernails blunted for practicality, but not neglected. Even the cuticles are pushed back, which Washington curses himself for noticing as Sarge traces his fingers down his spread legs. Once again, he isn't hasty, and he can just imagine the expression on his face, the set-jaw concentration that comes with doing a job right.
