Summary
Neuvillette hums amicably, eyes flickering back to his novel. “Why don’t you take a shower and unwind in your own time? And after, if you still desire something that furthers your endeavor to, as you put it, blow off some steam, I’d suggest that you thoroughly clean yourself.”
Wriothesley freezes, his body instantly running hot at Neuvillette’s words. The Iudex doesn’t pay him any mind, continuing his reading with a faint twitch of his lips.
“Yeah,” Wriothesley manages to belatedly croak out, “yeah, okay.”
He doesn’t even remember how he gets himself into the bathroom without tripping over his own feet, still reeling from how infuriatingly poised Neuvillette looked on the bed, nonchalantly proposing that he fuck the stress out of Wriothesley’s body, but acting as if he had said something as benign as describing the weather.
Wriothesley is so fucked.
Or, Wriothesley gets thoroughly wrecked by Neuvillette as a form of stress relief.

Wriothesley grabbed onto his shoulders and exclaimed with a voice full of panic; “Neuvillette! What’s going on?!”
This time, Neuvillette couldn’t stop the whimper that escaped his lips, but the embarrassing sound wasn’t caused by the pain he felt but because of the sensation of Wriothesley’s warm hands holding him. He had to stop the desire to lean into the duke, to be wrapped in his embrace. He couldn’t believe he was having these inappropriate urges right now. It had never happened to him before, and it was terrifying.
“I... I don't know what's happening to me,” said the Iudex, pain lacing his voice.
“Guards!!” yelled Wriothesley, loud enough to be heard from outside his office.

A month after the prophecy, Neuvillette experiences unusual changes, leaving him vulnerable in the middle of the Fortress of Meropide. Fortunately, Wriothesley is there to provide him with a safe shelter. As long as the duke can control his own nature as an Alpha, that is.
