Summary
The blood of the dragon runs thick and house of the dragon cannot survive if it stands divided. Rhaenyra Targaryen believes it her duty to carry on the Targaryen legacy and make sure the house knows nothing but prosperity.
Prompt: Rhaenyra's firstborn is a girl fathered by Daemon. Rhaenyra acts a lot more politically smart and plays the game of thrones. Dance of the dragons never happens because the characters in the story try their hardest to prevent it.

He stopped next to the desk, resting his weight on his hands on top of the desk. She slowly came up behind him and wrapped her hands around his torso, burying her face between his shoulder blades, placing a soft kiss there.
They stood there for a few heartbeats before she spoke.
"That is not why you are upset, is it?" she asked, voice fragile.
He chuckled. "You indeed are the brightest witch of our age. And all mine."
The warmth in his voice soothed her nerves slightly as she nuzzled her face into his back. "All yours. Now tell me, Draco."

Basically, the dance of the dragons with some changes and with a love story between the daughter of Daemon Targaryen, Viserra and Aemond Targaryen.

JJ’s entire body aches at that look. He can feel it in the cracked ribs that never healed right, in the jaw that aches when it rains, right down to the back tooth he cracked when his cheek hit the car window. His knuckles clench, and though they’re currently clean, he remembers the way they’d looked caked in his dad’s blood. He remembers dozens of nights of bruises, split lips, broken bones. Saying ‘I fell’ or ‘it’s fine’ or ‘it’s nothing that hasn’t happened before.’
