It’s sort of ironic, he thinks to himself. No one recognizes light like the shadows."
In which Gale notices something different about himself after the Nautiloid. He most certainly isn’t a cleric, but he still has grace clinging onto him. And when you don’t quite focus on him, he has wings, a halo and eyes of golden, holy radiance.
Includes friendship, being a plaything for the gods, protectiveness and falling in love.

"Gale's wearing a new dressing gown, and its beautiful gossamer fabric is almost translucent, his curves and skin tantalizingly visible through it, but that’s not what grabs Astarion's attention.
He catches the sight of delicate lace peeking under the gown’s short hem, against Gale’s thigh, almost like a garter."
In which Astarion comes home and finds Gale wearing a corset and lingerie and proceeds to be completely normal about it.

In which Gale’s disappeared, Astarion is definitely not worried as he races to Waterdeep and he, Shadowheart and Tara try to find Gale.
