Summary
The basement, once lonely, is now filled with two male bodies– Sweet Stanley and Rebellious Richie can’t ever seem to get their hands off each other, entangled in each other, craving one another like an addict craves cigarettes, craving one another like a workaholic craves coffee, craving one another as It craves them.
They lay on a cum and booze-stained couch, nearly falling into the equally stained rug or the coffee table with light traces of blow– they’re so reckless, more reckless than they’ve ever been in each of their respective lives– is it the uncontrollable lust that’s been pent up between the two of them over all these years? Is this Stan reclaiming his body as his own after It’s violent assault? Is this Richie making Stanley his after all these years, freeing him– no, both of them, of the chains of It?
Are they finally free?
Or maybe it’s just the alcohol talking.

Summary
The streets of Santa Monica were loud and bustling as Conservative sat, listening to them in the passenger seat of Socialist’s car. He rested his head on the window, taking in the sights around him as music of Father John Misty filled his ears as well as the ideologies’ voices who sat in the backseats. He watched how the palm trees swayed and swung in the summer wind, the children and their mothers walking down the streets, the voices of shouting teenagers laughing as they recorded videos of one another, and if he listened close enough, he could hear the faint cries of a music festival in the distance.
It was so beautiful.

Summary
Their argument felt like it lasted centuries. It was back and forth, with Ancap arguing that Ancom can just move in with him, and Ancom arguing that Ancap was being selfish and the Bronx had been their home for way too long for them to leave. Ancap left anyway, despite how painful it was to leave his leftist counterpart. He questioned this, wondering to himself why it was so hard to leave Ancom so suddenly. He thought he would get used to it eventually, the feeling of being alone. He was very wrong.
Nearly everyday, Ancap would be calling out for Ancom, conveniently forgetting that they no longer live with one another. Every time those shouts came to no avail, Ancap would find himself with a pit in his heart and a sore stomach at the fact that Ancom wasn’t near, and that he most likely hated him.
He had enough of it. If this emotional torment couldn’t be taken out of his system at work by Minarchist, he knew he had to take matters into his own hands.

Summary
Something about the dynamic between the two rightists didn’t feel normal to Ancap. They were always close ever since they met 20 years ago, but they knew each other for less time than Ancap to everyone else, and yet, their friendship seemed so much more intimate and deeper than the others. It didn’t feel familial, but something different that Ancap couldn’t quite put his finger on. The long, extended hugs, the tension when they made eye contact, and the jittery feeling Ancap would get whenever Libertarian would walk into a room— he didn’t know how to describe it, but deep down, he knew it’s more than just platonic.

Summary
Qi always drove him over the edge, pushed him to do things he wouldn’t normally do, and was the one to pressure Commie enough to band all of the authleft and libleft ideologies together for a leftist revolution against the right. If it wasn’t for qi’s constant prompting, nagging, and slurred speeches to Commie while intoxicated, maybe this all wouldn’t have happened; for Commie had always been discouraged to ever start a revolution again on his own before he started courting Ancom. He was scared that he wouldn’t have been able to do it on his own after many crash and burn attempts in the past- but Ancom gave him just the right fuel he needed. He did it all for Ancom, just to have qi be sacrificed in the end.
It was bound to happen anyway, in one way or another. This ending was inevitable; Ancom should’ve expected this since the beginning. Revolutions always end in the same way each and every time— the anarchist will always lose. The revolution was for the people and the abolition of the neo-liberal status quo. This had to be done, there was no avoiding it, but god does it hurt.

Summary
“What’s wrong, Scarecrow? I thought you both feared nothing?” Batman sneers.
Jonathan just curls up in a ball, pulling his long limbs close to his chest with a wince from the pain.
He takes another step closer. Crane clenches his eyes closed. “Stay away from me.”
It doesn’t come out harsh, or coy, or anything other than utterly broken, nothing more than a whisper.
“Not so fearless now, are you, Crane?”
