Summary
The entirety of Ivy U is smitten with Klavier Gavin--with one exception. While the Gavinners' popularity is growing, Klavier can't seem to get even a sideways glance from his classmate Apollo Justice, whose dedication and earnestness caught his attention on the first day of class. But while Klavier's efforts go unnoticed by Apollo, Klavier's bandmate and best-friend-turned-boyfriend Daryan isn't so oblivious. As the semester goes on, it gets increasingly difficult for Klavier to convince Daryan (and himself) that what he feels for Apollo is just simple admiration, and not the beginnings of an absolutely hopeless crush.
[For Apollo, it started with a pre-law society and picnic table serenades. For Klavier, it wasn't so simple. A prequel to Anyway, Here's Guilty Love.]

Summary
Given how vehemently Apollo Justice denies things like crushes or caring about Klavier in the slightest, he really does keep doing things purely because he cares about him. Things done out of love in a relationship formed in all the wrong steps as the two ultimately come together as a couple.
