Deep within the Capitol, ten experts have been summoned for Operation Battery Staple, a last ditch effort to find anything that might stem the bleeding and give the Accord a chance. Mark Solak, analyst, is among those experts. It’s up to him to keep a clear head and figure out how to use everything the other experts create.
It’s also going to be his job to secretly reach out to the Affini and figure out what the proposed Human Domestication Treaty actually means. Determine if the absurd terms contained within are just misdirection, or if they’re somehow the actual terms for peace.
