“You could bench press me,” Bakugou sputters out of the blue in an unsuspected digression, spilling water as he uncaps the Fiji bottle. “You could bench press me.”
“You make it sound as if you want to be bench pressed,” Kirishima says with a sharp-toothed grin that has Bakugou choking on his water. The rest of it dribbles down his shirt and seeps into the collar of the clothing. “Like, hey, you know, if you want to,” he gestures with a flex of his arm that Bakugou knows is a purposeful tease, “I totally could.”
Oh, please do. “No.”
alternatively: Kirishima is hotter than the flames that Bakugou had once been trapped in, and he doesn't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing (but what he does know, though, is that he's down. Horrendously).
