In which L and Light get high on the helicopter pad.
The two of them are there in the sunrise, L kneeling, Light with his legs crossed, as L carefully taps weed out of his grinder and into the bowl. Light watches him with a kind of horrified fascination that, to L, seems a little disproportionate to the act. The sky is bleeding red and orange and a strange hazy purple, the Tokyo smoke making something beautiful of it.
