Summary
Following the events of Time Compression and the defeat of Sorceress Ultimecia, Squall has mandatory rest time for the foreseeable future. Meanwhile, Rinoa has nothing but free time. It sounds like a perfect opportunity to spend time together, even if that time is spent -ugh- exercising. Luckily, Rinoa has ideas, and a plan. And mercy fall on anyone in the way of Rinoa with a plan.

The dust seems to have settled after Squall's eventful return and he thinks he can finally breathe. And while it is the time for reunion, for friends and relief and calm and healing; new problems also arise for both him and Rinoa, and difficult decisions will have to be made concerning their futures. A warning from Edea will have Rinoa doubting her safety, and even Squall's, inside Balamb Garden's walls. Despite it all, the two of them will find that love does endure, and can even flourish.

Summary
Following Ultimecia's defeat, the world is left in shambles. While he'd like to step down and simply take orders, Squall--or Commander Leonhart--knows he has a responsibility to remain and do all he can to put things back together. Rinoa, meanwhile, has to deal with her newfound abilities and the side-effects they're causing despite her efforts to control her power. And were that not stress enough, President Loire has some news of his own that he has to break, which might be just enough to push Squall over the edge.
