Summary
General Standards is about a teenage boy named Ingio, found injured and scared in some bushes at the the age of six after he was split from his family while they were fleeing from their kingdom. There's a strange pixie with an odd vendetta against Anti-Cosmo, but he has a 'foolproof' plan to take over the magical worlds. By using Cosmo's naivety, he can make Anti-Cosmo too sick and powerless to stop the anti-fairies from being taken over and forced to join the pixie army, making it too big for the fairies to stop.
It's up to Timmy and his fairies, along with Anti-Cosmo who's too sick to really function, to put an end to pixie's plan before it destroys everything they care about.
