DESCRIPTION/PARAUTILITY:
The object is a 9mm caliber bullet with a severely deformed and flattened tip caused by high-velocity impact at close range, suspended on a silver-finish chain designed for wear about the neck. Tests conducted on sample scrapings from the object using inductively-coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES) found no significant abnormalities within the object's elemental composition, although subsequent examinations using a █████-█████ detector identified traces of ███████ radiation energy. Relevant datafiles, with classified material redacted as necessary, have been forwarded to civilian consultants at ███████ Corporation for further confirmation. When bound, the object alters parautilitarians' subjective experience of the flow of time, allowing them to ████████████████████ high-speed actions in a paranaturally-enhanced manner.

Addressed to Azirapil from a Mr. “Crawly,” it appears to be begging for the other’s return to Ur from a western journey with another individual, Abiraham. The relationship between the two (brothers? business partners? friends?) is unknown.
