Summary
Through their months traveling together, Dorian and Orym had shared rooms, beds before; usually with others piled in too, in various configurations of human and faun and dwarf and genasi and halfling. Though never pressed quite so closely together, the sensation of drifting to sleep to the rhythm of Orym’s breath was familiar to Dorian; it had long been a ritual of his, before he even knew why, and he had always found it peaceful, comforting.
Waking to the feeling of a warm, firm body pressed from chest to hip, hot breath against his bare chest was less so.

Dorian hasn"t slept alone since he left home. Since Dariax and Opal went off on their own, Dorian had joined Fearne and Orym. Then Fearne was commandeered by Ashton. Leaving Dorian and Orym alone. It was habit they wouldn"t break unless something happened. Like one kissing the other awake.
