Summary
It’s Isshin, who calls Ichigo a dog. But it’s Ichigo that called himself Kisuke’s dog, a weapon on a leash.
A hand, large and burningly warm, presses against the small of Ichigo’s back. He has to resist the urge to lean into it, the echo of his father’s voice ringing in the back of his mind.
“For someone who doesn’t have any reiatsu,” Kisuke says, pressing close enough that Ichigo can feel the heat of him. “You’re stunningly adept at making it known when you’re angry.”
Kisuke’s hand drops from the small of his back, and Ichigo would mourn the loss, but his knuckles, instead, brush against the back of Ichigo’s hand and - for a single, heart stopping moment - Ichigo thinks about dogs and leashes , and wonders what Urahara Kisuke’s hands would look like wrapped around his throat.

Summary
Urahara Kisuke is a vile man. A truly rotten, horrible, manipulative man. A man who always has an ace up his sleeve and a plan in place. For Kisuke, nothing is out of bounds or beyond his imagination. Everything exists for him to use as he sees fit. Aizen Sosuke is the same type of vile man. Their rot matches each other and so, they start a game. A chess game where everyone and everything is at their disposal on their path for victory.
Kurosaki Ichigo should have just been another pawn. Something to be used and thrown away when his use is up, but Kisuke becomes obsessed. Ichigo isn't a pawn, but his perfect Queen and when this game between himself and Sosuke is done, Ichigo will be all his. He will make sure of it.

Urahara Kisuke is a blade, the sharpest Ichigo has ever felt cut into his flesh. Ichigo was slashed by Zabimaru's cruel spikes, was stabbed clean through by Senbonzakura and nearly bled to death — yet for all that Urahara's Benihime has so far only ever left surface wounds during training, Ichigo never feels more like he's facing his own death than he does when Urahara points a sword at him.
