Whilst Andrew might enjoy the idea of no longer needing to deal with the stuffy crosswalks, packed trains, and vicious habitants, he would much rather live there than on a ghastly eyeball. Metropolis had been entirely eradicated, only housing mutant tentacles that destroyed most of the towering skyscrapers and tore apart half of the city.

Mayoi hesitated. “Can I… confess something?” He got up yet his eyes were still fixated on the ground. “And… And you won’t get mad?”
Tatsumi smiled, feeling a strong urge to give him a hug. He resisted it though, for now at least, to let the man voice his worries first. “Of course you can.”
Mayoi’s face turned red before he could even say a thing. It was embarrassing, really, but he’d rather live with Tatsumi holding deep feelings of hatred and contempt towards him than to hide the truth any longer. Tatsumi was a good and upright person and he deserved to be treated as such, which included being told the whole, naked truth.
“I have, um, really nasty thoughts about… you.” Mayoi felt a little relieved now that the truth was out, but he retreated back into his hideout blanket immediately. A man so beautiful, so shining bright, so wholly untainted didn’t deserve to be in someone’s sexual fantasies. If Tatsumi was a god, then Mayoi was the devil himself.Bookmarked by tatsumayo
