Summary
People tend to underestimate Trixie. She sees things. She hears things. Things she shouldn’t, sometimes. Things she’s not supposed to.
Things like a deal with God in a hangar bay.
(Or: Chloe being a miracle means things for Trixie, too.)

“Of course it’s Jack’s, Mac,” Phryne replied irritably. “You know very well there hasn’t been anyone else for months.”
“I simply didn’t like to assume, Phryne, that’s all.” Mac laid a supportive hand on Phryne’s arm. “Have you thought about what you want to do? You’ll need to make a decision soon…”
“I’ve barely thought about anything else for the past week, Mac, ever since I began to suspect for certain. If it was just me, if this had transpired from a brief liaison, you know what I’d do, Mac. There would be no question.”
“But?”
“But…this is Jack’s child. Jack, the most decent man I’ve ever known. And, although I’m sounding much too reminiscent of your vile friend Dr. Bradbury for comfort, if a shred of his decency, his humor and his goodness, could live on through this child, how can I possibly deny that to the world?”

Chiba Mamoru grows up.

Bookmarker's Notes
He takes a deep breath – now or never – and digs the ring out of his pocket. There's a bit of flannel fluff stuck in the prongs – he hurriedly picks it off – and just like that, he's ready. Or as ready as he'll ever be. "Usa," Mamoru starts, and then stops.
She's looking at him in a way that makes him forget – despite himself – he's on bended knee next to a stack of scratched DVDs and bowls of melted strawberry ice cream. Long lashes tangled and heavy with sleep; beneath a blue so crystal calm, he wonders at the smallness of his fears. In her eyes, there's a glimpse of something beyond. Of serenity.
"Marry me," Mamoru says simply, at the exact same moment that Usagi smiles - a smile lighting up her small face like the goldwashed glow of a candle, a smile shaky and exuberant and wild - and says " - yes."

Summary
It started as a tumblr prompt and I went super overboard. :) One short for each season (two for R!), Usagi, Mamoru, locked in a closet, what could go wrong?

"Oh!" Usagi projected her voice to the door, "Oh, Mamo-chan, she's right! I'm so worried I'll lose you to some random girl from your school with good grades but somewhat mediocre hair."
Mamoru gave her a withering look and she gave an innocently tossed one impossibly long pigtail behind her shoulder 'What?' she mouthed.
"Understandable, as I am such a catch," he said, toward the door. Usagi made a face and punched him in the arm. He grinned and caught her hand, threading his fingers through hers.
"But not to worry, Usako," he was still projecting toward the door, but he smiled right at the girl in front of him. "You know you will always be the only one for me."
"So I don't need to worry about my precious, darling Chibi-Usa somehow failing to make it into the world?" Usagi only clenched her teeth a little in the middle of her speech.
"Never to worry! Don't lose a minute of sleep -," Mamoru stopped when Usagi shook her head at him.
"You sound like Tuxedo Kamen, reel it back," she whispered.
He gave a sheepish grin and continued in his normal voice. "No worries at all. Our future will be bright." Usagi smiled at him and he smiled back.
"Feel better, Chibi-Usa?" Ami asked and the smaller girl nodded, smiling.
"Yeah, if they cared enough to orchestrate that whole obvious thing for me, I think I don't need to worry too much."
