Summary
When Dean looks down, he’s shocked he hadn’t noticed it before. The bunting that has lived under the soft dip of his elbow his entire life, frozen in flight, is perched on a branch covered in leaves.
The bird isn’t moving now, but sometime last night he did, and sometime last night he was given a place to rest.

Summary
Everything is fine. Castiel wakes up to a remade Heaven and a godly son, and it seems they all got their happy ending… except something isn’t right. Castiel keeps running into unexpected barriers that prevent him from seeing Dean, Jack might be a bit too young to handle being god, Sam and Eileen have long since split, and Castiel’s starting to wonder if Heaven is such a happy ending after all. He risks everything by confronting the problem head-on only to wind up stuck in a memory loop. His only hope to break free is a man who probably never wants to see him again.
Everything sucks. A newly powered-up Jack can’t pull Cas out of the Empty, so Dean is left to a restless haze of a life, trying to figure out what to do with himself next. When Cas appears in his dream, and with some prodding from Sam and Eileen, Dean decides to take matters into his own hands and find a way to bring his angel back. Dean just needs to figure out if he can give Cas a home worth coming back to.

Summary
Dean Winchester should have died that Thursday. His murder would have started a civil war between the entitled rich and the starving poor. Equality, and the chance at food and clean water had been one throat-slit away. In the end, it only took one man to ruin it all.
Tagged as a traitor for saving Dean's life, Castiel's world is torn apart by the vengeance of an unseen enemy. Little by little, he loses hope—until he himself is rescued by the kindness and love of one man.

Summary
Cowhand Dean Winchester is notorious for risky gambles, rightfully proud of his horse Impala (who has the prettiest speckle in the West), and is stubbornly certain that his life is in apple-pie order. His comfortable existence crumbles apart when he's saved from a fire-and-brimstone death by a mysterious wanderer he discovers to be the infamous White Bandit, mythical Angel of the Desert. While his savior is as fearsome as the legends say, Dean can't help but draw closer to the quiet and endearing man the real Bandit turns out to be... even if he doesn't yet realize they're the same person.
This time, Dean may have to reach out to the flame instead of recoil.
