It was pitch dark, the sun still hours away, and Ed looked anxious, lips slightly parted, choppy breath.
“Ed? Are you okay?”
“I’m not,” Ed said, stomping into the room, grabbing Stede’s head and pulling him closer for a devastating kiss.
