The last time Eddie had seen Buck so squirrely and anxious had been around–and subsequently–The Date, when their worlds had shifted to accommodate Buck’s newly discovered bisexuality.
“Should I be worried?” Eddie asks as he puts the water away before turning to look at Buck again. He watches closely as Buck’s face–as expressive as ever–goes through a complex series of emotions before he finally seems to settle on something that Eddie thinks is a little bit like resolve and a whole lot like he’s preparing himself for a battle he’s resigned to losing.
