Summary
In which a greiving Nikolai realises how little he knows about everything around him, and is overwhelmed with it all. He only knows that Fyodor will come back, until he doesn't, and thus The Unknowing finds him, and gives him what he desires.
In the meantime, he finds a friend in The Stranger entity Nikola Orsinov, who's similarities go deeper than a shared name.

Summary
Kaveh gets drunk at the tavern, and insists that his roommate hates him. Unfortunately for him, Istaroth, the Primordial God of Time, happens to be listening in on the conversation- and she heavily disagrees.
In order to teach the architect a lesson, Istaroth decides to temporarily send Kaveh to another universe. He figures out it's very similar to his own, but with one key difference- the Alhaitham living in this world actually hates him.
(This fic is very, very loosely inspired by 'A Christmas Carol" by Charles Dickens.)
