Summary
After one of the worst fights in their history as a couple, Dan flees the apartment and is hit by a car and left for dead. When he finally arrives at the hospital, a computer error misidentifies him as deceased and effectively kills him in the eyes of the world. Phil must learn to live thinking that Dan is dead, and Dan--who no longer remembers anything of his life before waking up in the morgue--tries to start a new life and regain his memories with the help of a kind stranger.
