Armand had cleaned most of his blood– which had stained the walls and the floor and ruined the rug in the living room– with rags and jugs of cleaning fluid and rubber gloves. It had taken hours, but he’d sort of welcomed the task, something to push against the prevailing boredom. Louis had stopped screaming, though that was surely only temporary. Armand felt like someone had sucked all the will out of him with a plastic straw. He was angry, and exhausted, too tired to even bother seriously fucking with the pathetic thing sitting in a lump under the dining room table.

Summary
Hard up for cash, squire-turned-thief Fray takes a job pilfering from a wizard’s garden. When the wizard–Mace–catches him there, he’s captured, and turned into a subject for the wizard’s mad and sadistic experiments. Once inside the tower, Mace collects Fray’s semen and infuses it with magic, hoping he can brew a potion of transformation. Trapped, Fray submits to drinking it, and the results are…colorful.

At last, their eyes meet. The sobering, thoughtful blue of Patrick’s gaze is so disarming that it feels like Art is talking to a different person.
Patrick visits Stanford and makes it pretty evident he's there for Tashi more than Art. Art is trying really hard not to care about it.
