Summary
“You know, I’m starting to wish I had pre-therapy Eddie back.”
“So does my bank account,” Eddie joked. “Let me guess, you need my help staging an accident so that you miraculously lose your ability to speak Italian.”
“It’s freaky how well you know me,” Buck said, head shaking against the phone.
“Our whole relationship is a little freaky, to be honest.”
“And we aren’t even having sex,” Buck lamented.

Summary
Home was wherever Christopher and Buck were.
Eddie had cried that night after his session with Frank, silent tears of relief as he realized that for the first time in his life he’d felt happy. Like he belonged, like he had someone who understood him and could keep him from drowning in himself. He’d never had that—not growing up, not with Shannon, not with just him and Christopher while he tried so hard to keep them afloat in El Paso. But he had it here, had it with Buck and had it with Chris, and had it with the 118.
He just never realized that Buck had it too, with him.

Or: 5 times Eddie heard Buck call his house home, and the 1 time Eddie asked him to stay.

Summary
When he finally shuffled back to the kitchen he found himself pausing, unsure of what he was going to say. For all the fire and fight he had this morning, he was floundering now. He wanted to yell at Eddie at how unfair it was that he was left to navigate this alone, that he’d missed his best friend and that he needed him.
But.
He never considered the other side of things. He never considered how their dynamic had always been Buck taking care of Eddie, and how Eddie was always the one who was hurt. He hadn’t thought about how that shift would affect Eddie—he knew how him being in the hospital had affected everyone.
Everyone except Eddie that is.

Summary
He’d hit the ground, wind knocked out of him, but it didn’t matter because Buck was stranded, suspended in the air as a perfect, unmoving target for the next strike. Through pure adrenaline he was scaling the ladder, acutely aware that he was screaming—voice cracking through the thunder begging Buck to be okay and to just hold on—

Summary
“Wait,” Eddie said as Buck shoved the phone in his face. “I have to choose one of these and then paint it?”
And here’s the thing—logically yes, Eddie knew there would be painting involved. But at their house he could hem and haw around actually painting. Maybe getting distracted on keeping paint in a ten-foot radius of their work area, or maybe accidently breaking a door and having to leave to go to Home Depot to get a replacement, but then maybe that Home Depot was out of doors and he’d have to go to another Home Depot. Hell, maybe all the Home Depot’s would be out of doors and he’d have to head south to San Diego for the night.
The point was, at their house he could get out of painting.
At the cost of a mess.
Which. Maybe he could deal with.
If it meant not actually painting.
___
Or: There's a painting class, peonies and oranges, and Christopher being a (mischievous) national treasure.

Summary
“It’s just that—I died,” Buck continues, voice unsteady enough that Eddie wonders if this is the first time he’s acknowledged that out loud. “I died, and there’s so much more. There’s so much more I want to do, things I don’t even know I want to do yet, and I almost had the chance to have and live them taken away. I don’t want to die and regret missing out on everything else, Eddie.”
“So let’s make a list,” Eddie says. “Let’s do them.”
or, a bucket list that’s really about buck needing to make a change and an eddie who’s ready to do anything to see him fall in love with life again. it takes some crossing off for eddie to realise—the thing at the top of the list in his own heart? it’s been right here all along

Summary
Being the middle child of five siblings, Stiles was used to taking the backseat. He was twenty-one years old, mouthy, pale skinned, and twitchy, and was probably the most overlooked in such a talented and good-looking family. Not only that but more often than not, he was bullied, teased, exposed (in a literal sense) and also ended up getting banged up and bruised. Thank goodness, there’s Dr. Hale to patch him up after all is said and done.
Just a monster of a fic with doctor!Derek and artist!Stiles, complete with a couple more Stilinskis and a gang of well-meaning friends running around trying to hook them up and keep them together.

Summary
The Sheriff's department of Beacon Hills is finally getting a K-9 unit. Stiles is thrilled. Well, he would have been if he had remembered that they were starting today. He wishes someone had reminded him. He also wishes someone had informed him that his new colleague and the one who's going to help them start the K9 unit is smokin' hot. Or that is new partner in form of a dog kind of lives to disobey him.
If this doesn’t work out he hopes his dad will write him a letter of recommendation to a department somewhere in Alaska. There are no real pirates in this story.

Summary
As Stiles waits behind the camera during an interview, he thinks he should maybe quit. Because, in all honesty, despite the charming smile the actor is pulling out for EW, Derek Hale is kind of a jerk.
