Tommy is the Blood God’s chosen prophet, and as such, he dutifully performs His will. From city to city, he preaches the Blood God’s word. Currently, he serves a city as their Pythia—the conduit between gods and men. Unfortunately, the people grow restless by the day. They demand answers.

Summary
It’s not wise to travel through the woods after dark, especially when you’re alone. However, Tommy is not privy—or perhaps, he ignores—these facts of life. Instead, annually, he and his friends make a spectacle out of it. Ghost stories around the bonfire until dawn (or, until one of them is called home). This year, Tommy’s new fosters demand him home first. His trek home crosses a path that reminds him: there’s an old man who lives in these here woods.

Summary
Emperor Philza is the ruler of the Antarctic Empire, flanked by his adopted son, and head of the royal guard, Prince Technoblade. They have an iron grip on the rest of the world, and are rarely contested—and those who do cry out in protest are squashed. However, lately, Phil has had a problem resolved for him: the king of Essempii, his greatest rival, was assassinated, and some say his own son is behind it.
Phil gets the opportunity to meet said son, Crown Prince Tommy, at his annual ball. Phil is immediately ensnared by the boy’s belligerence, and begins his plans to catch the boy in his gossamer web.
And Phil always gets what he wants.

Summary
The unfortunate thing about minor gods and goddesses is that they are often lost to the sands of time. It’s just a fact; it’s no fault of their own. After decades turn to centuries, after shrines crumble, after loyal cultists leave or die, some gods simply fade into obscurity. They do not die, no—but they are just less powerful. They get less of a say in courtly matters.
Such is life for Tommy. A minor god of chance and fortune. While he began as a god for the young, for those who needed a little extra luck, he slowly entered the minds of adults, and became key to them as well. He once had a decent cult following—full of artists, poets. They called on him for favors, and in turn, they would offer him something in return. A fair trade—and Tommy knows fair.

Oh fuck. He’s coming back. Tommy curls up so none of his important organs are accessible, the guy has only strangled him up till now, but there was blood on the tarp, so maybe he likes to stab too. Tommy doesn’t want to be stabbed anywhere important.
Techno just sits on the other end of the couch and bounces his leg, mostly just looking at the fire, but occasionally glancing at Tommy.
“So, uh, you do anything interesting in school today?” he asks, Tommy would laugh at his awkwardness if he wasn’t so confused.
“I failed a math test,” he says. God he wishes he could go back to that being his biggest problem.

Tommy’s heart dropped at the now recognizable voice as he turned his aching head towards the doorway to the kitchen, where Phil held a tea kettle. His arctic eyes narrowed with suspicion, and oh if that didn’t shatter Tommy’s broken heart even more. “Why are you here, Tommy?”
“He says he wanted to ‘talk,’” Techno says almost mockingly. “Talk about what exactly, Tommy?”

“Yes, thank you Dream,” Phil says, pulling out his sword, letting it hang loosely in his hand as Techno holds onto Tommy’s arm, tugging the teen even more, to the point where Tommy thinks he might bump into Techno. “However, as of now, Tommy is under the protection of the Antarctic Empire.”
Dream shakes his head, laughing. “You can’t do that.” And as he walks forward to get closer, Phil points his sword right at Dream’s face.
“Yes, we can.” Phil responds, and Dream takes a step back when the edge of Phil’s sword pokes against his mask.
