The guy was probably afraid he'd call the cops on him, since it hadn't been Katsuki's fault. That was his real concern. Not respecting traffic signals were an infringement for everyone, poor or rich. The guy, with his rich ass suit and his expensive car, could shove his false concern up his most likely spoiled ass.

Tearing her hand out of Shouto’s grasp, Akiko runs at breakneck speed toward a figure standing by the parallel bars.
“What’s up, you little gremlin?” a gruff voice responds, and Shouto’s head snaps up so quickly, he nearly sees stars. Blinking away the static, his vision clears just as Akiko flings herself into the arms of a gorgeous blond… man?
Shouto turns toward the voice and finds himself staring at the man who is apparently Akiko’s ballet teacher. Akiko’s… incredibly good-looking ballet teacher. Akiko’s unfairly attractive, too beautiful for this world, ballet teacher.

Summary
The two of them are standing next to each other—a captive audience to Midoriya and Kota roughhousing—when Kota hauls off and dick punches Midoriya as hard as he can, really not holding anything back. Midoriya goes down with a choked gasp that has Bakugou chuckling fondly beside him.
When Shouto looks at him, he’s smiling softly. Proud, like Kota just won gold at the science fair or helped a little old lady walk across the street.
“He’s absolutely your kid, huh?” Shouto asks, voice deceptively neutral. “Like a mini version of you.”
Bakugou shoves at his shoulder, rolling his eyes while trying not to laugh. “Shut the fuck up, Half ‘n half.”

Shouto’s been a nanny for the last few years and is well versed in both kids and their high maintenance parents. He’s worried he may have finally met his match in “perpetual problem child” Kota—only to find out they get along perfectly.
His dad might be a problem, though.

You could offer the guy some onigiri and he’d probably go out with you.

Summary
The alleyway is the closest thing to refuge they have. Or at least Bakugou thought so, but his fingers are still snapping and Todoroki is still talking.
Both these things are devastating reminders. There is no hideaway, there is no escape from this. For Bakugou, there is only endurance.
“Don’t say it.”
“We-”
“Don't you dare.”
Todoroki doesn’t give him any mercy, hands rotating through the air as if slicing an invisible pizza. Whatever the hell that dumb move is, Bakugou is sure of one thing: nobody on earth deserves to look so attractive dancing that terribly.
But the biggest threat to his sanity are the words toppling out of Todoroki’s mouth.
“We’ve caught the boogie bug.”
