Summary
Nakahara Chuuya is the younger brother of the only Victor of Distric 11, also known as the King of Assasins, and he's reaped for the 74th Hunger Games at fifteen.
He's angry (at his brother, at the odds that were never lucky to begin with, at the little shit he's saddled with) and he wants to win to get back to his life as the protector of the Sheep, a bunch of young orphans with nowhere else to go.
Dazai Osamu has nothing: no parents, roof over his head, not even friends or the will to keep living. He just has a carefully planned death wish that gets trumped as he's reaped for the 74th Hunger Games at fifteen.
He's determined to win so he can die on his own terms.
Sadly, they both need each other to achieve their objectives.

Not any man, he was married to Nakahara Chuuya, Port Mafia Executive.
Atsushi might not know much about love but how could Dazai be married to someone from an enemy organisation he had escaped, someone who, to the naked eye, he seemed to hate?
