Summary

Years later, gay marriage is legal in Thailand and Mon is back with her fiancée to get married in their home country. But not long after Mon arrives in Bangkok, Sam shows up at her doorstep.
Under the pretense of suing her for bigamy if she refuses, Sam insists on visiting each of the witnesses to their wedding to inform them of their split. A reluctant Mon agrees, and they embark on a journey which will bring back old memories, good and bad.

We don’t know how Sam reacts to Mon’s short hair, how Mon’s parents react to Sam and Mon being lovers, or how they react to Sam breaking Mon’s heart. We don’t know what their first time together after so many months apart looks like. We don’t know what Mon did with her pink ring and heart bracelet.

It’s just… is that it?
No apology? No acknowledgement of the wrongs she orchestrated; the actions she took that sent Shizuku into a depression so hard she almost quit it all? Isn’t that just… unfair?
It pisses her off. It really does. If there were any justice in the world, Arisa would have quietly apologized for her part in everything after the show, and all would have been hunky-dory. Shizuku’s elation and deep-founded respect for the girl would make sense, and Airi wouldn’t be sitting here, three days later, on a weekend, staring at the wall, malding over nothing.
Airi deals with frustration borne of one Arisa Higure, with a little help from the pettiest person she knows.

It’s easier, Shizuku thinks, to believe that she’s greased the cogs of change within herself when she’s surrounded by the comforting chorus of More More Jump. Sometimes, she likes to convince herself that the way Minori bunches her shoulders when she smiles, the way Haruka quirks the corner of her mouth and the corner of her brow at the same time, the way Airi leans against her when she’s a little tired – that these subtle changes are proof of their pride in her. She hopes they’re proud, at least. She thinks they are.
Shizuku grapples with what it means to grow.

It’s a little petty of her to feel jealous, Shizuku knows. Airi is a popular girl, and she doesn’t have infinite time. Much of it she’s already devoting to making More More Jump the best they can be – so she really shouldn’t be so selfish.
Yet, she selfishly, selfishly wishes that sometimes she could have Airi all to herself. Just for a little bit.
Maybe then she’d listen – maybe then she’d believe the words that tumble out of Shizuku’s mouth every time she hears her put herself down. Maybe then she’d understand just how strongly Shizuku feels about this – about her.
For someone so dazzling – well, Shizuku thinks it’s a shame she’s so blinded by her own radiance that she can’t see it for herself.
