Summary
Taehyun finds himself scrolling back to Beomgyu.
It's not odd per sé—Taehyun isn't blind and Beomgyu is far, far from unattractive. He changes, melds to each persona like Aphrodite. In certain pictures he drips a golden warmth, in other's he's cold and regal, in other's he's charming and boyish. In all of them he's beautiful.
Taehyun further realises that none of the members have their secondary genders mentioned in their profiles. This isn't uncommon, most idol groups nowadays fall into 2 categories in regards to this—groups where members gender dynamics are listed, and groups who keep it a secret. Evidently, and unlike Taehyun's own group, they fall into the second category.
It gnaws at him, the curiosity, the itch to know what exactly these boys are. He finds himself turning to his twitter burner account and going through speculative thread after speculative thread of fans wondering the same as him, finding thread after thread of "proofs".
His searches get streamlined still: "What is Choi Beomgyu's secondary g—"
Taehyun throws his phone across the room when he realises what he's doing.
