Summary
Severus Snape didn't know what was going on with Harry Potter. One minute he was having a seizure and spending the night in the Infirmary, and the next he was gone. Three weeks later, he witnesses the boy miraculously reappear and slay the Dark Lord. Now he's sitting in Albus Dumbledore's office listening to the boy claim that he's from the future and the Master of Death while Voldemort's corpse hovers beside them. Potter has changed and Severus finds himself landed with a boy who isn't the same irritating brat that he once knew.
This was originally titled The Potion Master's Apprentice, written by Athy and abandoned, up for adoption. She has kindly allowed me to take her beautiful idea into my own hands to do with it as I will. It is still here on AO3 and you should go read it. I've used many of her words, her original concept, and then put my own twist on it. Thank you so much for letting me adopt your story.

Summary
Four-year-old Luna has been able to see lights her whole life- and when both of her parents die in an explosive magical accident, she decides to grab on to one of the lights and follow it.
Meanwhile, Regulus Black has never really thought of himself as the parental sort- he's hardly interacted with a child in his life, much less raised one. But when two magically inexplicable orphans show up and somehow resurrect him- well, what else was he supposed to do? Not immediately adopt them? Yeah, right.
(Features little Luna and Harry adopting each other as siblings and Regulus being in way, way over his head)

Original work: "Petunia's Apprentice" by alicecrow6
I was impatient and I couldn't wait for an update any longer. I've changed the plot and added more detail to it. I'm not trying to copy, this is merely a rewrite. The original plot and idea belong to alicecrow6. The plan — there isn't one and I'll probably get writer's block at one point or another and have to put this on hiatus like my other work. I apologize ahead of time.Petunia Dursley wasn't Lily Potter. She wasn't outwardly fierce, she didn't have Lily's looks or her smarts. What Petunia did have was cleverness. Her level of fierceness rivalled that of her late sister's. The amount of wisdom she carried wasn't seen unless shown to the keen eye.
However, with all her great skills, Petunia lacked anyone to share them with. Little Dudley already didn't qualify. Vernon had spoiled that opportunity early on in his life and there was no way to fix a lost cause. Petunia needed someone who was just as clever as she. Someone who could have the capability of reading Petunia herself. Someone who had a keen eye and noticed things others didn't. Petunia needed someone akin to her.
