"What a strange trio of followers you have behind you, Strawhat," Smoker sneered, his grip on his jutte tightening as he observed the band of pirates in front of him. He could feel Kuina shifting slightly, the lieutenant keeping a close eye on the only woman in the group - who she actually shared a slight resemblance with.
Strawhat only laughed. "I know! They're so interesting! Ace falls asleep all the time, Tashigi loves swords more than people, and Bon-chan is an okama~! Aren't they just great?"

NOTE. This drabble collection no longer has any bearing on how this series will progress, for various reasons that boil down inconsistencies and sub par reasoning. The characters chosen to join the crew will remain relatively the same, but the reasons they join may be vastly different than provided in this collection. Despite this, I'm keeping it a part of the series as it is the inspiration for it and I wish to give it the credit it deserves.

What if the Strawhats were composed of different members? What would their journey be like then? Written for Aoi24's Multiverse AU Challenge and grew into something that's bound to be monstrous.
Previously titled: Bohemian's Rhapsody. Part two, set sail, was previously titled names across the sea, but I felt that it would be more fitting as the overreaching series name than just the name of one part of it.
I WILL BE MOVING THIS OVER TO MY NEW ACCOUNT MILLEFEUILLES. This is for various personal reasons and the fact that I wanted a fresh start. After a few weeks I will be taking this series down so that there aren't two copies of it online.
