Summary
There is a wall of light slowly moving towards their house from the grey-ish fields that their world consists of. The Sky knows what this is, unlike the Moon or the Sun, as far as it is aware. However, he has no idea what the other two will do if they find out the true nature of the light, so he carefully forms his face into a surprised mask.
A moment too late, though.
Or: Soul accidentally reveals the existence of the time loop and immediately gets asked if he knows what to do about it, and really, who is he to deny them the answer? They are in a time loop, after all. What's the worst that could happen?

That’s familiar, that’s right.Soul tears itself, still half-formed, from the ground, and tries desperately to reach Him. It looks terrified. He shuts his eyes, not wanting to feel any more guilt for what he’s about to put them through.
Something brushes against his face and he gasps, eyes snapping open to see The Soul’s outstretched hand.

Martin finally looks up from his book. He looks at Jon. He doesn’t look like Prentiss. He isn’t full of gaping holes that should have killed him, he isn’t covered in squirming, shiny white worms, he doesn’t smell like a moldy, rotting corpse. He looks like a pleasant, normal man. He has freckles scattered across the bridge of his nose, his cheeks. Monsters shouldn’t have freckles, Jon thinks nonsensically.
“I’m your boyfriend,” the monster sitting on his couch says, as if this is a matter that is not up for debate, that Jon has no say in.

Summary
There are a lot of downsides to being a snake, the rather uncomfortable, painful, and distressing process of shedding skin is one of them. Crowley tries to deal with it on his own just as he had been doing for the past six millenia, but unlike the last thousands of years, he is not alone anymore, and Aziraphale isn't going to let Crowley struggle through anything on his own.
