Summary
Nakahara Chuuya was known to be the most handsome prince in the kingdom, as the first in the line of 3 brothers, all the foreign nobles were eager to marry him and form an alliance, not to mention the citizens, it was considered a total honor to be able to even stand in front of the presence of the beautiful prince.
So, naturally, when the prince announced that he would marry whoever could open his bedroom door with the key tied around his cat's neck, everyone went crazy.
Dazai Osamu was a simple thief who relied on stealing to keep himself and his siblings alive, that he ends up being a cat person was his own stroke of luck.
