Summary

Summary

“What are you thinking about?” Harry asked, and Draco smiled and reached past him into the wardrobe to grab one of his Slytherin ties. Harry turned his head to watch him knot it into a loop. Then he slipped it over Harry’s head and pulled it tight with a grin. “Oh,” Harry said, and when Draco stepped back he followed him, turned around to trail after him. Draco stopped in the middle of the room and smiled at him, and patted his cheek.
“Sit,” he said, and Harry breathed out as he almost fell into a kneeling position, thighs spread and his hands between them. His head slumped forward for a moment before he lifted it to look up at Draco.
“Should I talk or not?” he asked in a hushed tone, and Draco hummed in feigned contemplation. Then he smiled.
“No, and you know why,” he leaned down to say, and Harry swallowed.
“Dogs don’t speak,” he said, and Draco’s smile widened.

Summary
Sleep swept from his head, Gerard lays his cheek on his pillow. The nightlight he has to keep on— don’t even get him started on the cold sweat he’ll break into if he’s left in darkness— casts a soft glow over Frank. He’s always been beautiful, that’s the first thing Gerard noticed about him, but he has moments where it sinks in especially hard and he’s held tight by the instinct to encircle, embrace, and protect. Not imprison. Frank holds the key to all of his bindings between his teeth. Gerard always expects him to plunge it into the locks and twist himself free, but he never does.
