Summary
They say he can’t get over the death of his wife, you know. Such a beauty, so spirited. Amara was her name. So sad.
Dean Winchester is a young omega, living a life of drudgery as a hired companion in a fashionable resort in the south of France. He encounters Alpha Castiel Novak, a grieving widower, and a whirlwind romance results in Dean becoming the Omega of Lebanon, the Novak country estate.
But the warm sunshine of their Honeymoon does not follow Dean and Castiel back to the grey, dreary Lebanon House. And as his husband reverts to family traditions, Dean struggles with his duties and his relationship, and especially with the ghost of his predecessor, Amara.

Summary
It takes Shallan approximately two months after the wedding to realize that she is an idiot.
In her defense, there is a minor apocalypse going on, and Adolin is very good at distracting her.
Her realization comes in the form of watching Bridge Four train. This was suggested by Szeth as a way for her and the other Radiants to learn about Windrunners and their abilities, and she was very resistant indeed because she had turned over a new page that involved not ogling Kaladin, but about ten minutes into pointedly watching any of the other bridgemen who are not Kaladin, she realizes that Adolin has had no such compunctions and is very much ogling Kaladin.
She almost laughs out loud.

Summary
The fact that Dean was afraid of flying probably should've been an indicator that he oughta change careers. No one'd ever said Dean wasn't stubborn as hell though, so it probably hadn't surprised anyone that he didn't even consider it. Most days he was able to bury his anxiety down deep enough that he got through his day without a hitch. When he couldn't Charlie was always there for him.
Other than his fear, Dean loved pretty much everything about his job, loved getting to travel, loved helping people. Hated cocky pilots, but then, Dean wasn't looking to be best friends with them, so. Whatever.
An unexpected flight with a pilot Dean's never flown with is the exact opposite of Dean's idea of a good time. When he meets Cas Novak, he almost forgives him for unintentionally triggering his anxiety. Almost.
