Summary
Hawkmoon, Luna Greeves, has had it with the crime in Gotham. After seeing the work that Batman's been doing, she decides she can do it, but better. She puts a stop to the crime permanently.
Seeing what she's doing Bruce decides he needs to put a stop to her work, after all, killing one murderer just makes another. He decides he'll reform her, and if he can't, he'll send her to the GCPD for them to take care of her. But what happens when his dark side gets in the way and he finds he can't stop himself from using more drastic measures to change her.
