Summary
Jayce decides to accompany Viktor to a shop in Zaun, but he ends up learning more about his partner’s past than he bargained for.
“We’ve missed you!” When the red one stops, both plant a wet kiss on either cheek and Jayce feels his soul leave his body completely.
Not only did Viktor know them, and was probably entangled with them, he was also… their third? Did he… fuck them together? How would that work? Would his… accommodate that? The men were seven feet tall! And Viktor… poor Viktor…
The last thing Jayce saw was the other’s stunned face as he reached out for him.
At least they were human this time…

“You’re going to make this cut worse,” Viktor comments quietly as he finally finishes cleaning his bloody lip. Jayce wants to make a joke about it not mattering when he has Viktor to dote on him, but he fears that might be the thing to banish him from the lab for the rest of the week so he keeps quiet. “Don’t do something so reckless again. Especially not for me.”
“You’re my partner,” Jayce tries to argue, not quite realising that while Viktor has finished cleaning up his face, he has yet to step away from his personal space. “I’m not going to let people talk about you like you didn’t co-invent hextech.”

Jayce kissed him softly, still snickering. He knew exactly how to balance himself on Viktor’s body, and how to distribute his weight so he wouldn’t hurt him. He wasn’t fragile (he’d both taken and delivered his fair share of poundings), but that didn’t mean he shouldn’t be treated with care. He lowered his forehead to Viktor’s: a kiss in his body’s native language. “I married my best friend today.”
Viktor’s eyelashes tickled Jayce’s cheek. “What a coincidence,” he whispered, “I married my best friend today as well.”

Summary
Jayce has never considered himself a homophobe—his best friend is a lesbian, after all—but he’s starting to resent the hook ups Viktor has been bringing home lately. For some reason, Jayce just can’t stand the thought of Viktor with another man. After living and working with him for a full year, Jayce thought he’d be over these uncomfortable feelings by now, but as time goes on, they only seem to get worse.
So he does what any twenty-something would do in this situation: he turns to Reddit. But instead of advice on how to get over himself and unlearn his biases, he catapults headfirst into an identity crisis that has him questioning every thought he’s ever had about his roommate.
