Summary

After losing her childhood love, Zejna seduces Emperor Savo in order to find the answers she's been searching for.
“Someone like you must feel quite out of place in a palace as beautiful as this one. You should consider yourself lucky to be here.” Empress Anđela sneers, eyes travelling up and down Zejna’s body, similarly lingering at her bosom. She snaps her fingers and Nadia hands her a peach. The Empress bites into it with a voracity that almost alarms Zejna, who tracks the motion of the sticky peach juice spilling down Anđela’s hand and splattering her skirt. Nadia rushes forward immediately after the Empress snaps once again with a damp cloth to wipe away the mess.
“Even after you clean it up, the memory still lingers. It’s best to get rid of it all entirely and start anew,” Anđela explains. “Why don’t you make the most of your time here?”
