Note: I've written a take on The Last Of Us once but never got around to finishing. I still plan to, though I'm writing this version a bit differently as a human AU.

A bizzare fungal infection breaks out all over the world, causing people to lose their minds and turn into infected monsters. The remainder of civilisation was quarintined in cities while soldiers kept a close watch on who goes in and out. The McCall Pack is fractured when it proved that the bites of the Infected were deadly to werecreatures. After a careless night out to just be normal teenagers Liam and Mason are bitten. So why does Liam live to see te morning?
Or an AU where Liam is immune to the Infection and he has to reach a group called the Fireflies who have hopes of developing a vaccine to save humanity. And of course, Theo isn't letting him on this impossible journey alone.

Summary
It's been months since the hospital where Liam last saw Theo after they beat the hunters. Scott and the rest of the pack have all gone off to life beyond Beacon Hills leaving Liam in charge of the puppy pack and the town. But when strange bodies begin popping up and orders come in to cordon off Beacon Hills Liam begins to realize that he may be out of his depth. With people sent down from D.C. lurking around the edges of the pack with a haunting omnipresence that he just can't shake; Liam is left to figure things out before it's too late.
And for the love of god, where has Theo been for the last nine months?!

Summary
He glances at the clock, then back at Theo, before his mind is made up and he is shaking the chimera awake. Theo mumbles something unintelligible, his eyes fluttering open. He looks up at Liam, confusion and weariness clouding his gaze.
“C’mon,” Liam says, gently pushing a still half-asleep Theo upright. “We need to change before my parents get home.”
“Don’t have clothes here,” Theo mutters as he drags a hand over his face in an attempt to wake himself up some more.
“You can borrow mine.”
Liam half expects Theo to resist. He waits for Theo to shake his head and protest, refusing to give into any slight amount of kindness under the premise that he doesn’t deserve it, but that’s not what happens.

Summary
Theo has gone through Beacon Hills more than one person should. Being a good person is more tedious than he anticipated, but the final time he tries to leave, Liam's good word forces him to stay. He can put up with it, everyone hating him and living like a homeless person. Liam is at least in his corner, he owes it to Liam to try.
Theo realized he might care about Liam more than that, but all the mistakes he's made are now stabs to his chest. Each is a reason he just can't be this way.
Mason and Corey aren't welcoming, but Theo lets it be, each person tears him down besides Scott and Liam. Theo and Liam share Liam's house sometimes becoming friends. He hadn't expected it, and neither did the pack.
With all his loose ends from the Dread Doctors, he's managing more than a teenager should.
Theo's feelings are coming back as he tries to be better, but his ghosts come back to haunt him. Maintaining the newfound good in his life will be more strenuous as Theo tries to handle it all.
First chapter is a prologue, so it doesn't have a lot to it.Series

Summary
Liam doesn’t really know why Theo’s stuck around, months after everything. At first, he doesn’t think to ask—too relieved to have another set of hands stepping in, someone to share the weight on Liam’s shoulders as acting alpha while Scott’s away at school. Theo did everything Liam asked him to, and even things he didn’t ask as well. And while Theo always snarked and questioned Liam every chance he got, determined to push his buttons and point out flaws in his plans, Theo never once actually complained. He did every task diligently and timely, and Liam, relieved for his help, didn’t bother to even ask Theo why he stayed in the first place.
Liam doesn’t ask and for that—
For that, he is selfish.
