“I was waiting for you to tell me what the issue is,” Soobin said.
“Did you not hear the part where I said they ditched me and I have no idea who they are?”
“It’s New Year’s. It’s pretty normal. As long as you’re not hurt or anything, why—”
“This is all your fault for letting me go home with somebody else!” Beomgyu wailed. “You’re the worst best friend ever. I hate you.”
Beomgyu gets some on New Year’s Eve. This is a very big deal (derogatory).

Summary
“Yeonjun,” Beomgyu says and stands up to grab Yeonjun by his shoulders and sit him forcefully on the couch. He kneels down and puts his hands together as if he was about to pray. If he’s going to do this, he will have to do it in the only way Yeonjun could ever agree: begging.
“Wow, what are you doing?” Yeonjun asks with a mix of amusement and confusion. “I just showered.”
“Yeonjun, listen to me,” Beomgyu says with a serious look on his face. “I really need you to help me. This is, like, a matter of life or death.”
Beomgyu would never ask Yeonjun a favor, but these are desperate times, and you know what they say: desperate times call for desperate measures.
Or, in order to prevent his parents from matchmaking him with other people, Beomgyu asks Yeonjun to pretend to be his boyfriend while they celebrate Christmas at his parents’ house.

Yeonjun wanted to look at him, so he forced his eyes open with effort, his eyelids heavy. “Sorry.” He couldn’t formulate big structured sentences at that moment, but it was obvious what he was apologizing for.
The pretty boy chuckled. “For what? This just means we’ll need to temporarily close the ride for cleaning. Less work for me.”
Yeonjun chuckled back, his head resting against Taehyun’s strong arm. “Number?”
“You still threw up, you’re not getting my number.”
A tipsy Yeonjun goes on a roller coaster to get the pretty ride attendant’s phone number, but only when the ride starts does he remember he’s terrified of roller coasters.
