Summary
Grad student John 'Soap' MacTavish is only two months out from graduation. He is currently interning at the elusive 141 industries, but in order to get hired full time after he graduates, he needs a recommendation from his grumpy college professor.
Professor Simon Riley is a long-time friend of John Price, head of 141 industries. When Price expresses interest in hiring John, Riley decides to make the man's life a bit more complicated. If John wants a recommendation, he'll be expected to present at a conference coming up in two weeks. A conference that is very important to the 141, and could secure John's employment for good.
On the side, John begins talking to a Dom on a dating website, a dom with the username Ghost, who helps take John's mind off of the stress of preparing for this event. Meet idiots in love, terrible online texting, and two men who will discover that the person they are talking to online, is NOT who they thought.

Summary
Dragons were an insular, reclusive species. Hunts of old drove them to the brink of extinction, leaving the few remaining clans with a well earned wariness, if not outright fear, of the world at large. They stayed hidden, either far from prying in the wildest regions of the world or in plain sight. Most of the rest of the world knew very little about them, aside from the sparse rumors and folklore that remain from days of old, and the clans were happy to keep it that way. The less the outside world meddled in their affairs, the happier they were.
That said, one thing was well known and documented about dragons: possessiveness was written in their blood.
Or, John "Soap" MacTavish is a dragon. Task Force 141 is his hoard. This changes everything, and nothing at all.

Soap approaches him as soon as he enters the gym. “There you are, Sir! Ready to go down?”
Ghost huffs. “In your dreams, MacTavish.”
“Nah, Lt. In my dreams, I’m the one going down. Come on!” He winks and walks away to an empty sparring mat.
The new guy in the 141, Soap, doesn't have a filter when it comes to flirting. Ghost has no idea how to cope with that. He can't afford to lose face in front of his peers, so he decides to just... play along.
The problem is, they keep getting closer, so Soap decides they must be dating. In fact, it is so obvious, everyone agrees- everyone but oblivious Ghost.
He is just happy to make a friend, to finally be able to share his past with someone, until he slowly realizes his feelings are growing into much more than friendship.Series
