Summary
“You have some nerve,” Wanderer mouth curls, sharp, mirthless and showcasing bloody teeth, “holding me ransom while being wanted yourself.”
“I am not holding you for ransom,” The man replies coolly, but Wanderer can feel the knife shift within his palm, “You misunderstand. The Shogunate–”
“Will hang us both, it seems,” Wanderer feels the rain drip the blood down his face, “A punishment fit for traitors.”
“I am no traitor.” the Traitor says. Flat eyes of a shark almost make Wanderer believe him.
“Don’t patronize me. You’re Resistance.” Wanderer snorts, an oddly breathy thing full of mockery. The blood has started to feel like molten lava burning on his face, his stomach, his legs. “Here, it’s a sin of the same degree. They hang your kind, too.”
In the midst of wartime and turned fugitive on the run, Wanderer forms an unwilling alliance with an estranged resistance soldier to escape capture - well, that is, of course, if they don’t kill each other first.

Summary
Time is a concept, Scaramouche thinks. A man-made cataclysm for history to repeat and rhyme like some kind of poorly constructed poem. An endless loop of similarities. They say you can’t trick somebody who knows the game— and Scaramouche has gotten the bad ending too many times to count, but lord does he want another shot.
Scaramouche squints. Perhaps Childe was onto something when he said that Scaramouche gets unreasonably philosophical when someone attractive is around him.
In which Kazuha is a competitive hockey player, and Scaramouche is the unfortunate troubled medical student whom he gets caught up with.

Summary
Scaramouche presses his lips together. He can faintly hear someone whooping and laughing a bit farther down the wooden bridge; it’s chilly out, so no one is spending too much time outside, though classes were done for the day.
“If Gryffindor wins,” Kazuha smiles, “you let me take you on a date to Hogsmeade.”
