Summary
All that mattered was her purpose.
She came to the Mountain with a dream, and she’d do anything to fullfil it.
People of Runeterra say that Targon is the beacon of madmen. If that is so, then Hanra of the Ophelis, was the maddest of them all.

the nature of names by proctophantasmist

Summary
Nenio was curious by nature. And so, Nenio asked a lot of questions.
Those were two constants of her existence. Curiosity and inquiries.
However, The Commander had never expected to hear a – seemingly - personal question from this curious kitsune.
“What is your name, girl, and why were you named that?” Nenio asked on one sunny day.
“Oh,” Nerya let out a sigh. “Why are you asking? You’ve said that remembering names is a waste of memory space. Peoples’ names are irrelevant unless they are Important Historical Figures,” she quoted her friend’s words as a reminder. “And, according to you, I won’t be recognized as such, until I either die honourably or disgraced.”
Nenio looked at her in confusion.
“That is correct. Names of irrelevant people are irrelevant,” she emphasised. “However, I was asking for your name in a purely technical manner of speaking, girl. As a referent, your name is still irrelevant. However, I need this knowledge for the Naming Conventions Across Golarion section of Golarionnica.”

Woljif grinned nervously and, as Nerya had expected, attempted to dismiss the whole situation:
“Well, I mean, since I was here, you kinda don’t have to apologise, chief. The message’s been sent and received. I wouldn’t even ask for it, honestly. I was an ass, even if the whole moonshine thing was an accident and I’m sor—”
“No.”
He seemed startled by her reaction.
“What? ‘No’ what?”
“I did not apologize. An apology that is not given freely, is no fucking apology. You must’ve hit the new low as a thief, Woljif Jefto, to steal even the most earnest apologies.”

Summary
“That’s an odd place to do manicure, don’t you think, my dashing hero?”
He’s been calling her that, since they met. She saved him from the demons then and, although she wasn’t too keen on travelling with a spoiled aristocrat, she let him tag along.
“Manticore? What? Where?” She asked, frowning.
“Manicure, dearest hero. It’s a beauty treatment for one’s nails.”
